Once we have received this email we will organise a replacement or organise a courier to collect the faulty items to fix or replace them.
What Can Be Returned
Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may only be returned.
Before placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the below terms and conditions. A custom made item is a design sent by a customer where that design is not listed on this site as a garment designed or provided by this site.
Once an order has been placed online we cannot edit this order and we cannot cancel this order once it has been placed. No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase. We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains. Returns must also comply with our user agreement.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, errors in approved proofs, errors from non 'print ready' artwork, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size. #Note: sizing measurements online are within +-1.5cm, anything outside of this is faulty. Print dimension / print placement measurements are within +-1cm and anything outside of this is faulty. Proof approval is important and written approval is required before we can print a job. Payment of a job also constitutes approval.
Clients must ensure that the artwork, qty and shipping address is correct before payment is made. We do not accept returns for errors made by any of our couriers when Dance Shop Co has dispatched to the correct address by the due date.
Custom designed items
If an item is faulty, a replacement product of the same style and size can be offered to the customer.
This site does not permit and refunds but can offer a gift voucher to be used on this site or any other sister site this site is affiliated with. For further information, please contact the site.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided on any custom made product if,
a, Change of mind.
b, Incorrectly selected sizes,
c, Incorrectly selected colour or garment design.
Artwork provided by the client must be of high quality vector image converted to CMYK saved at 300dpi (pdf, ai or psd)
If your artwork is poor quality, jpg or png please note this type of file can be used but may decrease print quality.
Clients are welcome to order a sample batch before going ahead with a full order. (Please note if you are supplying the artwork the Dance shop & co or The print boss does not hold any responsibility for any of the following)
- Pixelated image
- Incorrect spelling
- Incorrect colour (if Pantone is not provided)
We strive to provided the best possible print as we use only high quality products from Germany, France and Australia. If a print is not lasting or there is an issue, please make sure that the following instructions have been followed.
Like all precious things, conscious use and appropriate care play a valuable role in the longevity of the item, and custom-printed fabric is no different. Treat your new threads with love, and they'll love you right back, for a long time (not just a good one)!
Cold machine-wash on delicate setting
Wash inside-out with similar colours
Hang to air-dry out of direct sunlight
Don't iron over the print (only on the reverse if you must)
Don't use harsh chemicals like bleach or softeners
All fabric ages over time, that's a given. Exposure to the sun, heat, chemicals and physical activity all age the garment and the print. But with the right care, you can ensure an item serves you very well over the course of its lifetime. Cold-wash inside-out, and then hang garments straight onto a coat-hanger, dries ready-to-wear—no need to iron!
The Dance Shop & Co & The Print Boss is a garment decorating company and do not manufacturer garments.

Garments are hand made overseas and supplied via a wholesaler, all garments are not identically the same. Think of them like your eyebrows. They are sisters not twins.

We will always strive to supply the same brand when possible, if a supplier does not stock the item, we will supply the same item from a different supplier. The minor changes would be slight difference in black and 0.5- 1cm in size.
We guarantee our processing and printing timeframes on our orders, but note that in the unlikely event that there is an error due to the couriers that we use (Australia Post, Startrack, Toll Priority, Couriers Please and Fastway) we cannot take responsibility.
BYO and Supplied Garments
BYO supplied garments & apparel are supplied at the customer’s risk.
Whilst print errors are rare, please remember that if a print or production error occurs on BYO apparel, replacement items cannot be sourced by us & will not be reimbursed. If you have concerns regarding BYO apparel, it is suggested that you instead choose items from product range, as replacements will be sourced for these items in the unlikely event of an error.

Mistakes that the client has approved after being sent a proof*
If the artwork you as a client upload is low quality and results in a poor print

All orders placed over the phone, email or in person are subject to the same return procedure and also the Proof Approval Disclaimer. Verbal agreement, payment of an invoice or emailing a reply with approval constitutes authority to proceed. Clients are requested to check thoroughly before approving.
